I was 35 pounds overweight for 5 years. I got absolutely sick of seeing myself in the mirror when I got out of the shower! Sick of it!! Sound like you? Keep reading, you might learn something. I got REALLY sick of being fat whenever I tried on an old pair of pants!! Whoa…REALLY sick of being fat!! I used to be in fairly good shape but slowly I just kept getting fat. One day my girlfriend told me she thought I was “gaining weight” and you know what that means.
Here’s the problem. I, like most of you, love to eat. What, am I supposed to say that I really don’t eat that much? I’m not in the mood for lies so, forget about that lame excuse! I love to eat good tasting food. Look, life is tough. I have a tough job, a tough relationship, a tough mortgage to pay, a ton of bills piling up. Life is tough. I just love coming home to eat something that’s DAMN tasty and good! I HATE exercise! I totally hate it. No matter how much I lie to myself I HATE exercise. It’s just not in me to keep it up. I try getting into exercise routines but every one of them has failed. Here’s the trick.
